The home is located on a walled, 1 1/2 acre lot is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of the exclusive town of Paradise Valley, completely surrounded by multi-million dollar estates. This sprawling single story home has an open concept living room that features an oversize original fireplace and flattering mid-century décor with stunning mountain views in nearly every room. The fully-stocked kitchen has been carefully planned for group meal prep, and features granite counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and a large side-by-side refrigerator. The adjacent dining area has an expandable table that accommodates up to ten guests and large window that looks on to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

The living room has plenty of seating for your group to relax with a wall of plate glass windows that look out on to Camelback Mountain, a large screen television and stunning original artwork throughout the house. The game room next door is setup with a pool table, flat screen television, and has a plate glass wall featuring an original Arcadia Door, which opens onto another patio. The ½ acre walled backyard of this spectacular poolside paradise, offers relaxed privacy, which naturally blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Nature lovers will enjoy watching the abundant Gambel quail run around the front and backyard, as well as cactus wrens, doves, and other unique Arizona birds who make this their home.

All of the bedrooms have the feel of an upscale boutique hotel with hospitality-quality mattresses and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite bath, plenty of storage, and direct back yard access with private patio. There is a second master that offers a king-sized bed, closet, and great mountain views right from the bed. The third guest room has three beds including a bunk bed, sizable closet with ample space, and plenty of room for families with children.

Both luxurious bathrooms have granite countertops, illuminated mirrors and plenty of counter space for all your needs. There is also a convenient half bath by the washer and dryer room for easy outdoor and pool area access.

The home offers secure off-street parking in a garage, and has dramatic mountain views in nearly every direction. The large back yard is highlighted with 60 year old olive and citrus trees, and offers al fresco dining, professional gas barbecue, covered outdoor living room, outdoor fireplace, ping pong table, and poolside lounge chairs and umbrellas. At the center of all these amenities is a wonderful over-sized gated pool and large deck that provides plenty of space for your entire group to relax and enjoy sun drenched days and beautiful evenings under the bright stars.

Guests have full access to the pool and three different patios

A security deposit of $500 or more will be collected for summer stays with a length of 21 days or more during the months of April - October. Depending on the website you use to book your stay, you may need to provide a credit card directly to our office for the deposit if it applies. During the months of April - October our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates for summer stays to be lower. If there is an overage on the usage it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount the tenant is responsible for the cost of the overage.
