The Cottage rate is $2,800/mo. We can discuss an extension of your stay.
The upstairs Studio apartment may be available. Ask about it if that is what you require. The minimum stay is one week for $875; 8 to 13 nights is @ $100/night;. two weeks is $1,288 @ $92/night; 3 weeks is $1,680 @ $80/night. A one month stay is $1,980 @ $66/night.
Refundable deposit fee depends on number of months per rental and number of renters--minimum of $500.00. No security
deposit required for corporations who have a contract with The Annex Accommodations.
Of course applicable taxes are additional.
+Periodic house cleaning is required for a fee.

As travelers ourselves, we have included favorite ideas from where we've stayed and paired them with guest suggestions resulting in a cozy and convenient home of comfort, quality and location. The furnished cottage is set back from the street with a native plant garden between it and the sidewalk. Enter and there are skylights, tile floors and high ceilings. There is a computer alcove with high speed internet. The photos show you the details and you can see the descriptions.
When you stay here, you have the opportunity to be "green." All appliances are energy efficient. There are reminders to save water and energy. And you can recycle and compost with the local sanitation company. We help by taking the trash away and putting them in the proper bins.
This property is baby friendly. The double pane windows block out any crying from the next door residents. However, we don't have a crib or highchair. We've had children in the past who have worked out fine as long as they know not to walk on furniture in their shoes and the like. We do not allow pets.

ALSO AVAILABLE from time to time: an upstairs furnished studio apartment with a kitchenette for one week minimum but preferred for one month or more. It has many of the same amenities as the cottage. Do ask about the studio if that is all you require.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Point Richmond is a friendly and quaint community. Within short walking distance are all the necessary services. An indoor heated swimming pool is newly restored to its 1926 glory. Walk up the hill and see the bay with a three-bridge view encompassing Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco and Marin.
This unique village in the East Bay is centrally located and convenient to bay area cities, the wine country, Marin County, and San Francisco. It is the community closest to Chevron, Nutiva, Sangamo Bio Sciences, Parker-Hannifin, and the Richmond Field Station (part of UC Berkeley), and many others are near, too.
Accessible hospitals are various Kaiser hospitals, Alta Bates and Children's. Within a 20 minute drive are Contra Costa College, UC Berkeley, and Dominican University (but not in the morning). Travis Air Force Base and Coast Guard stations are in the general vicinity.
The Cottage has easy access to the Richmond San Rafael Bridge, Hwy 580, 80 and the Richmond Parkway. The Richmond BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station is accessible by bus as is downtown San Rafael. BART connects to many Bay Area cities. Both San Francisco Int'l Airport and Oakland Int'l Airport serve this area.
