Description

Enjoy an Authentic Downtown Denver Stay in this Historic Four-Level Loft

Location, location, LOCATION! Live in the heart of everything FUN! This truly unique loft with exposed brick walls is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, formerly known as the Laundry District in the late 1800’s. Now this location boasts being in the center of everything hip and worth experiencing. Restaurants, pubs, niche markets, and hip shops are mere steps away. The Great Divide Brewery, offering more than 15 delicious beers on tap, is located across the street. The Ginn Mill has a great vibe and, of course El Chapultepec is a must if you dig dive bars and live jazz. Kerouac hung there! If you enjoy some laughs, one block over is Voodoo Comedy Club. Tasty places to grab a bite include: Mercury Café (organic food selection), Lazo’s Empanadas (yummy--ask for their favs), Butcher Bistro (a carnivore’s delight!), Ophelia’s (a risqué café w/ great food and racy history), Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs (some eat here everyday--seriously).

Equally close by are a myriad of businesses, all you can imagine, located only minutes away. The largest employer near this loft is the United States Government with agencies including the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Land Reclamation and Office of Surface Mining. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Environmental Protection Agency, the General Services Administration and the Department of Labor – US Mine Safety and Health Administration are other service agencies in the area. Of course, the state government is another large employer in Denver as well including the Division of Finance and Procurement, Division of Central Services, Executive Office, Office of the State Controller, State Personnel Board, Office of Administrative Courts, and Division of Human Resources. There are many employment positions across several campuses of the University of Colorado, Denver too. Corporations close by include MG Stover & Co., KPMG, Tabor Center, The Granite Tower, Signpost, WellsFargo Bank, Comcast, CenturyLink and Dish Network and are all large employers located near the loft. Finally, as far as healthcare is concerned, the nearby hospitals include Kaiser Permanente, Saint Joseph Hospital and Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. The top healthcare employer is Centura Health, but others include SCL Health System, Denver Health and Kaiser Permanente.

This Downtown Denver short-term fully furnished loft features one bedroom, one bathroom including a tub to have a soak, an office nook and 802 square feet. Each space is on its own floor, so while the square footage may seem on the smaller side, the high ceilings and multiple floors make this loft feel open, airy and spacious. I often hear the pictures do not do this loft justice--it really is a unique space! There’s a beautiful courtyard with mature trees, a Parisian-style ever-blooming garden, a gas grill and tables and chairs to enjoy the fresh Colorado air. A 55” High Definition Television displays High Definition cable and there are two full sized, comfortable, leather couches for you to lay down and relax while watching the TV after a long day at work. Did I mention there is a super-plush king-sized bed to stretch out and get a good sleep too? Also, enjoy freedom without a vehicle if you choose, as you can walk everywhere from here! A dedicated, gated parking spot also comes with this loft, if you do have a vehicle.

This charming Arapahoe Square/Ballpark loft and executive rental is in the center of downtown. The loft is located blocks from Coors Field, so if you walk to LoDo (Lower Downtown), RiNo (River North), Larimer Square, the 16th Street Mall, Union Station, The Pepsi Center, Denver Performing Arts Theater or the Colorado Convention Center, you can arrive in minutes. There are so many choices to enjoy—you’ll never be without something new to check out. But, if you’d prefer, the loft is extra cozy and comfy and nights spent in can be all you need to rest, relax and rejuvenate. As a guest, you have access to the entire space, including use of the courtyard. This space was designed to be easy to access and make you feel cozy and comfortable. I want this to be your home away from home! Regardless of why you’re in Denver, this downtown loft is the place you need to be.
