Rental Rate Options (USD)

This apartment rents for $2300 per month, two month minimum. Lodging taxes of 14.75% are required on the rent for any length of stay less than 90 days. Stays greater than 90 days do not require the collection of taxes on top of the rent. Security deposit is $1000 and it is refundable at the end of your stay as long as there is no intentional/negligent damage on the part of the renter. Cleaning fee of $250 ensure cleaning of the apartment upon your departure.
