Small pets are allowed and requires a $250 per pet non refundable pet fee plus a $200 per pet refundable pet deposit.

Length of stay and discounts:

Minimum stay is one week at $1,350 (exceptions for less than one week available upon request at a daily rate of $220).

There is a 5% discount on the monthly rate for a stay of three months or longer. Maximum stay is 6 months per visit but can be renewed upon request.

Utilities Allowance $200 per month for monthly stays. For Weekly and daily stays utilities are included in posted rate.

Complete with all your modern luxuries, this newly renovated home is perfect for families and traveling professionals. Quietly nestled on a corner lot near all major highways in the area, this property offers just the right combination of privacy, quiet seclusion, and convenience to all the attractions the area has to offer!

The spacious living room features a 55-inch smart TV with high-speed internet at 500 Mbps for enjoying your favorite shows curled up on the luxurious sofa and Loveseat.

Dedicated office space with office desk and chair.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite master bathroom with a lovely walk-in rain shower, double vanities, and a walk-in closet with extra duvets. The 2 Guest bedrooms have a queen bed and closet each. 2-floor mattresses are provided to sleep 2 people and extra sheets are provided.

The Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make your favorite meal. The kitchen is full of luxurious touches and amenities such as Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop range, a fridge, and cooking/baking ware. We provide a Coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and utensils. The laundry closet has a washer, dryer, cleaning supplies, iron/board, and a vacuum for your convenience.

The dining area seats 6 guests. Adjoining the kitchen and dining is a cozy recreation area with board games perfect for hanging out and creating memories.
