Golfers: The condo is next door to the 18-hole San Clemente Municipal Golf Course which has a bar and restaurant.
Walkers and hikers: There are ample hiking trails and an easy 15 minute walk to the beach through Calafia State Park. Walking around the golf course is a pleasant 1+ mile walk.
Fishermen: There are fishing poles in the condo for your use and a lure box. No fishing license required when fishing off the San Clemente Pier. Other locations require a fishing license.
Dana Point: Fishing expeditions and whale watching (Spring and Fall) available and boat tours to Santa Catalina Island.
Restaurants: Many restaurants throughout San Clemente and Dana Point.
Shopping: Many small stores as well as the Outlet Mall at Pico Ave. and Interstate 5 in San Clemente.
Sightseeing: Drive south on Interstate 5 to Oceanside, Carlsbad, Del Mar, La Jolla and San Diego with its many tourist attractions, including the San Diego Zoo.
