The home is across the street from Galveston Bay. We are about 2 miles to the Kemah Boardwalk, Walmart, Target, several grocery stores and many restaurants. It is in an eclectic neighborhood with multi-million-dollar homes and more modest homes. There is on-site parking. There is a pool and spa to use in summer months. Neither are heated. The outdoor screened room and patio are available to all occupants of the house. Smoking is allowed in the screened room only. Unit comes with a mini split to control the guest's own AC and heat. There is a whole house generator in case of outages. There is an excellent DirecTV package, smart TV and 1250+ Mbps wifi with access point in unit. The main room has a Queen bed, reclining chair with ottoman, walk-in closet with chest, black out curtains and small dinette that can be used as a desk. If a larger desk is needed there is a folding table with adjustable legs in the closet. The kitchen includes a full refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner glass stove top, convection/microwave, toaster oven with all cooking and dining utensils. There is no dishwasher.
