The yard is fully fenced so it makes for a great place if you have pets or young kids. There is also a wonderful fire pit that you can retreat to on those cool evenings. In the house you'll enjoy an open kitchen with a dishwasher and all stainless steal appliances. There is a Keurig, microwave, pressure cooker, crock pot, toaster, dishes, coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, silverware, pots and pans, and any other basic need you would have in order to make a meal. The oversized living room has ample sitting space where you can watch your favorite shows on a big pull down screen and projector that makes you feel like you're at the movies. The focal point is the open courtyard with Spanish fountain situated in the middle of the home. The north wing of the house leading off of the kitchen has its own bathroom and bedroom, while the opposite side of the home has a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom which share a spacious bathroom and a large walk in closet.
