Stunning Waterfront/Beachfront Condo on Alki Beach

Treat yourself - this is a rare property. Newly updated interior with nice furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. Spectacular sweeping views over Puget Sound to islands, the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Rainier, and the Alki Point lighthouse. Interior nicely maintained and updated, with attention to details. Also just a few minutes walk around the point to the Alki Beach park and promenade filled with lively cafes, restaurants, shops, and lots of community activities.

The tide rarely comes all the way in to the building and often goes hundreds of feet out, so it's some of the best beach access and beachcombing in the area. Step out on the deck and feel instant serenity as you listen to the waves and gulls & watch the sunsets, seals, kayakers, and sailors. It faces Southwest and is in lee (shelter) of Alki Point, so it's often calm and warmer here than it is around the point.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk with a double bed on bottom, a single on top, and another single pullout below.

Alki Point is a great location and fun beach community. Looking out from our deck you feel like you're in the islands, but we are just a few minutes walk away from the bustling restaurants, cafes, and activities such as kayaking, biking, jogging, walking, roller blading, Downtown Seattle is only 15 minutes away by ferry, car or bus.

There is onsite parking, but some people staying in and around the city don't bother with renting cars, preferring Uber/Lyft instead. Public transportation is readily available, just a 1/2 mile walk from the condo.
