The entire home is bright with large windows to let in sunshine. Entering through the front door, you'll find our spacious living room on the right with comfortable seating, wood flooring, and flat screen TV on the mantle to the fireplace. Ahead are the stairs to the second floor where all the bedrooms (and shower/bath facilities) are at. Downstairs a half-bath is located adjacent to the kitchen for your convenience. Our dining room, just past the living room, has seating for 6 and beyond it you'll find the door to the backyard. We keep trash bins on the side of the house, inside the fence, to keep the front looking nice for the Homeowner's Association. Our large kitchen has all the appliance (including gas stove) and is fully stocked with all the cookware, plates, cups, cooking and dining utensils you'll likely need in addition to a coffee maker with starter supplies of coffee essentials.... So there's no need to shop before arrival, you can take care of that after you get settled in. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our eat-in kitchen island or take it out front and watch the sun come up in one of our front patio chairs. The kitchen leads through the utility room with washer and dryer for your use to the one car garage. We've prepared the space to be vacant for your use if you choose to park inside rather than on the driveway. Please note: there is no remote for the garage door opener, that was lost by a previous guest. Upstairs each of the spacious bedrooms boasts a Queen sized bed, smart TV and nightstands, the two smaller rooms have closet; however the closet off the master bathroom we've had to reserve for our cleaning service to store their supplies so we've provided rolling hangers for anything that you'll want to hang as opposed to storing in the dresser. The master bath has a garden tub as well as a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and is more than large enough to get lost in if you're not careful (just kidding, but it's pretty big). A perfect retreat at the end of a long day. Our price includes cleaning prior to check in and after check out; however, if you'd like a mid-stay cleaning, linens changed, etc., we're happy to schedule those services for you for an additional fee (we have to pay the cleaner). If our space is available, we recommend booking immediately as dates do not stay open long.
