Choose one of our half-dozen local homes, owned & operated by locals. Please contact us for a video tour of the property. The property is extremely clean and well-cared for. Local organizations include Dyess Air Force Base, Hendrick Medical Center, Hendrick Medical Center South, Abilene Christian University, McMurray University, and Hardin Simmons University. Each of our homes has a workspace (or two) for working from home. Our homes are all within a 10-minute drive (or less) from the Abilene Regional Airport and 5-10 minutes from downtown Abilene. Enjoy: two courtyards fast wifi 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths completely remodeled townhome with two king beds full kitchen with new appliances and eat-in bar washer and two dryers ample, on-street, shaded parking quiet, safe neighborhood We purchased this home in April of 2021 and put it through a full remodel. We put in new floors (except the original saltillo tile which we LOVE). We gutted the bathrooms and installed completely new ones. Every bit of the home has been painted and furnished with boutique art, decor, and furniture. We really reworked this home in order to provide comfortable stays for our guests and we hope you love it. Property includes two enclosed courtyards, one with a fire pit, a large living room with workspace, and a spacious master bedroom with workspace and sitting area. Two of the bathrooms have separate dressing areas. The Villa is very close to all the retail outlets on the south side of town.
