Each bedroom has its own closet, premium new mattress, a designated working space with fast wifi. Living room has a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Kitchen features all brand new and modern appliances such as Bosch dishwasher, Induction stove, Ninja coffee maker, Instant Pot multifunctional air fryer or iRobot Roomba Vacuum. Kitchen is also stocked with pots and pans, basic condiments, kitchen towels, place mats, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies. Bathroom is fully stocked with towels, toiletry, body wash, hand soap, hair shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Laundry room is provided with detergent, softener, laundry basket, garment steamer, and more. The house is put at highest safety with Ring security system. The water irrigation is set up automatically for the front and back yards. A gardener will come every two weeks to mow the lawn at no charge. Pets less than 20lbs are warmly welcome.

The living room, kitchen, and half bath are downstairs. Patio/deck at the back door. The outdoor storage room for bikes has a lock on it. No grill supplied. The laundry area is upstairs in between the two bedrooms. This condo is located about 2 hours from Atlantic Beach so while you are working in Wilson enjoy our beach! The owner also has a beach condo we rent that's oceanside. This was our daughter's condo before she purchased her first home. The neighbor to the right is a nice retired lady. We had a brand new heat and air unit installed last year. THIS UNIT IS literally 2 minutes from the hospital! You can enjoy food delivery or grocery delivery services. A gym is 2 blocks away Regency Athletic Club with a swimming pool or you can drive to Planet Fitness which is only about 5 minutes away. You have an extra bedroom if you decide to have company over. You can walk at the hospital track located in front of the hospital or go over to Lake Wilson to enjoy a more scenic walk or even go fishing. WEEKLY CLEANING IS AVAILABLE FOR $150 per week upon request.
