Guest passes for non-residents are available for anyone who plans on parking for more than 4 hours or overnight. These passes are $5 each and are good for 24 hours. You can pick up these passes at the Jersey City Parking Enforcement Division Office (address above). You can walk there from the unit in about ten minutes.
