Just South (accessible via the J or a short walk) are the boutiques, restaurants, hidden parks of Noe Valley and Glenn Canyon (say hi to the billy goats on Goat Hill for us, please!). This home is in the optimal location for medical professionals. Located on a quiet street with little traffic, it is within 10 miles of Sutter Hospital, UCSF Parnassus Campus, UCSF Mission Bay, St. Mary's Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center. There are also several universities in the area, including Golden Gate University, the Academy of Art University, and the University of San Francisco. The mid-Market tech center is a short train ride away or you can hire one of the Bay Cycle e-bicycles which are just 1.5 block away. This studio is fully furnished and CHBO-complete and certified. Our TV allows you to enter your streaming service credentials so you can follow your favorite shows and get your recommendations, but when you leave the TV automatically deletes those credentials. Cleaning services are provided and a laundry facility is located inside the building. We completed renovations in 2021 but maintained vintage touches and the classic, San Francisco, Victorian charm while refitting the living space with modern amenities, a brand new kitchen, and new appliances. The fireplace is operational, and firelogs are provided for your convenience. The studio's living room has a comfortable couch, storage space, and a large flatscreen television. There are also additional seating options for visitors or friends. The full bath has a shower and attached linens room with integrated ironing board, armoire and additional storage. A breakfast bar is a perfect spot for enjoying meals or entertaining with friends. This home is a beautiful space ideal for a single traveler or couple who is on business in San Francisco.
