The yard is fully fenced so it makes for a great place if you have pets or young kids. There is also a wonderful fire pit that you can retreat to on those cool evenings. In the house you'll enjoy an open kitchen with a dishwasher and all stainless steal appliances. There is a Keurig, microwave, pressure cooker, crock pot, toaster, dishes, coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, silverware, pots and pans, and any other basic need you would have in order to make a meal. The oversized living room has ample sitting space where you can watch your favorite shows on a big pull down screen and projector that makes you feel like you're at the movies. The house comes with Apple TV that has all of your favorites such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, HBO Max and Amazon Prime (you must use your own log-in to access these channels). There is a large sectional couch that can be made into a full-size bed in case you have guest. The dining room/table has enough room for 4-6 people.
