This luxurious master suite is on the first floor, all by itself, while the rest of the house is on the second floor, so you'll have a ton of privacy! You use the main front door to enter the house, but then you can just turn left and go immediately into this private Master Suite without going through any common/shared areas. About twice as large as a typical bedroom. This master suite has all of the amenities needed for either short-term or long-term stays, with private bathroom, fireplace, lots of towels, free wifi, and smart TV with Netflix. Light kitchen use is allowed for long term stay. There is also a work desk with office chair which you can use as a place to work on your laptop. There are plenty of outlets throughout the room. You may go into the garage to use the washer and dryer there and we also have a full size refrigerator there that you can use as well. The home is located in a beautiful, woody and secluded community with breath-taking views of city lights. Yet it's only minutes away from major roads & freeways. The home sits high on top of a mountain, where birds chirp loudly and deers and turkeys walk freely. Views of sunsets and city lights will take your breath away. We live in a very beautiful and safe community called Berryessa Highlands. The people here are quiet yet friendly. This neighborhood is right next to the amazing Alum Rock Park so you'll occasionally see hikers, joggers or folks walking their dogs. You'll likely encounter deers, turkeys, quails and hummingbirds too. If you like hiking or taking scenic walks, you'll love staying here! However, if you'd like to go a bank, a restaurant, or grocery shopping, you'll need a car.
